Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of oncology nursing experience; research experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and clinical trial processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate oncology clinical trial activities, including patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Administer study medications and monitor patient responses per protocol.
• Document study data and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families about clinical trial procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
