We have an immediate need for a full-time Brand Ambassador Trainee to join our high-energy event marketing and community outreach team . This entry-level role is perfect for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to kickstart a career in marketing, promotions, and event engagement . No experience is required, and paid training is provided , so you’ll have the tools and support to succeed from day one.
As a Brand Ambassador Trainee, you’ll represent well-known brands at live events , connect with attendees, and help bring campaigns to life. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll gain real-world experience, meet new people, and develop skills that set you up for future growth in marketing and promotions .
Represent brands at live events, pop-ups, and community campaigns
Engage with attendees to share information, promote products, and encourage participation
Help with event setup, logistics, and coordination
Keep a friendly, professional, and approachable presence
Track engagement and support campaign success
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth, high-energy events
Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable connecting with people
Looking for hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and community outreach
Reliable, professional, and coachable in a full-time, entry-level role

Interested in advancing into leadership or promotional roles
No experience required – full paid training provided
Must be 18+ and eligible to work full-time in the U.S.
Comfortable working on-site at events (not a remote position)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to work weekends or evenings as needed
