We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Representative to expand our client base and drive new business. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for connecting with realtors, loan officers, builders, and investors to promote our title and closing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate
professionals, lenders, and investors
Promote and educate clients on the benefits of working with Louisville Title Agency for real estate closings
Facilitate Spanish-speaking real estate closings
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand our presence in the market
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients
Assist clients with closing-related questions and documentation in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Sales or business development experience preferred but not required (real estate, mortgage, or title industry experience is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for growing business
Hours & Compensation:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start time)
Compensation: Competitive salary + commission structure based on new business generated
