What You'll Be Doing:

• OEM-level collision repairs with precision and pride
•   Panel replacement, dent removal, composite repair, welding (MIG & STRSW)
•   Work from digital diagnostics & blueprints —you’ll never be guessing
• Communicate with estimators and teammates to keep workflow tight
• Deliver “damn, that’s flawless” results every single time

Who You Are:

• 3–5+ years of real experience in collision repair
• I-CAR/ASE? Awesome. Not required if you’ve got the skill
• Comfortable with modern welding and measuring systems
• Clean, efficient, reliable, and coachable
• A craftsman. Not a corner-cutter.
• No ego. No excuses. Just results.
