Estrada Consulting, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for consultants that specialize in Accela Development and Accela Testing.
Positions
1. Accela Developer
2. Accela Tester
Remote
Duration: 3 years
Developers will need to have at least 5-years as an Accela Developer and the Accela Tester will need to have 5-years in Accela testing.
Developer must have expert knowledge and experience of Accela, including but not limited to: record type configuration, scripting, EMSE scripting, Accela Citizens Access, Accela Mobile, SSRS, API and Civic Platform User Experience.
Fundamental knowledge of commonly integrated systems like ESRI / ArcGIS, state licensing systems, and Blue Beam.
It is preferred that the candidates have a Bachelor degree in related field.
It is preferred (not mandatory) to have an Accela certification.
